RunVault provides tools for content planning, content automation, analytics, client workflow support, and business operations dashboards. Features may connect to third-party platforms when authorized by the business account owner.
You may use RunVault only for lawful business purposes and only for accounts, data, and platforms you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring that all content, permissions, and connected accounts comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of login credentials, connected accounts, and approved users. RunVault does not sell access tokens or use connected account data for advertising resale.
RunVault depends on third-party APIs and services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, review delays, revoked permissions, or API limitations imposed by third-party platforms.
RunVault may generate, suggest, rewrite, summarize, or schedule content using AI. Users are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, brand fit, legal compliance, and platform compliance.
Use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. Eligible deletion requests can be submitted through our Data Deletion page.
Paid plans, setup fees, retainers, and support arrangements are governed by the written agreement, invoice, or subscription terms provided to each client. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Do not use RunVault to post illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content. Do not connect accounts you do not own or have permission to manage. Do not bypass platform rules, rate limits, security controls, or review requirements.
We aim to keep RunVault reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, API changes, or infrastructure issues may affect service operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RunVault is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost data, platform penalties, account restrictions, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
