RunVault is a business-to-business AI content automation platform. This page explains how clients can request deletion of data connected to RunVault, including data received from Meta platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

3. How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your RunVault data, email us from an authorized business contact address with the subject line RunVault Data Deletion Request.

  1. Email hello@runvault.co.
  2. Include your business name and the Instagram or Facebook account connected to RunVault.
  3. State whether you want all account data deleted or only Meta-connected data deleted.
  4. We may ask for verification to confirm you are authorized to request deletion for that business account.

4. Meta Account Disconnection

You can also revoke RunVault access directly from your Meta account settings. Revoking access prevents RunVault from making future API requests on behalf of that account, but you should still submit a deletion request if you want previously stored RunVault records deleted.

5. Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days. Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

6. Data We May Retain

RunVault may retain limited security, audit, billing, or legal records when necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or resolve disputes. Any retained audit data is minimized and is not used for advertising or resale.
